Our Clinical Services Operations Director, Chris Hall, discusses how feedback from case managers has been used to make processes more efficient whilst still maintaining the high quality and effectiveness of our services. In this article he explains some the changes that have been implemented.

We invited selected members of our community OT team to join the clinical members of our senior leadership team to provide Nate Macabuag, Founder of Koalaa, an audience of experienced occupational therapists and physiotherapists for a focus group.

Mrs H. R. has a number of health conditions that impact her day-to-day life and in 2019 was referred to The OT Practice by her local authority. Following the initial assessment for a broken shower chair, several other items of equipment were recommended to ensure she was safe. The OT Practice team are attending a number of conferences and events this spring to stay up to date on the latest industry trends and practices.
