The Right Move
It is the 13th year since The OT Practice was founded and we’re happy to share that the journey we’ve been on has given us the opportunity to expand in to a new office.
We invited Alex Lewis, our Brand Ambassador, to celebrate the opening of our new office with us. Whilst here, he spoke to the team about his experience during his recent trip to the Ukraine. You can read more about Alex here.
Giles Thompson, Managing Director at The OT Practice shared his thoughts on the new office space:
“Taking on a new office is a big step, but when the opportunity arose to for some additional space in the next door building, we jumped at the chance. Last year represented a significant inflection point, which saw us invest in our Leadership Team to ensure that as we grow, we have the right people and infrastructure in place to maintain the high standards we expect of ourselves.
This year it is exciting to see some great initiatives coming to life and progress being made with the introduction of some new ones – more dedicated support for our customers; better geographical coverage and breadth of skills across our nationwide network of OTs; new sophisticated clinician led QA processes; and a dedicated learning and development function to further lift clinical and operational standards.
Whilst growth is exciting, it is in equal measures challenging, and Nikki and I are determined not to lose sight of what is most important: the service we deliver to the people we assess and treat, and those referring them. So, it's one step at a time, even if the new office is a big one!”
