Meet Our Dedicated Case Management Team

Following my recent article on evolving our clinical services, I wanted to take the opportunity to introduce our amazing Case Management team who work closely with case managers, insurers and solicitors, making sure that clients get the best possible care, all with a personal touch and attention to the little details that matter.
Our Case Management Team
Our Case Management team is a key part of our Clinical Services, and they’re all about providing the right support at the right time for clients of case managers, insurers and solicitors. From the moment a referral comes in through to therapy interventions, they’re here to make sure clients are getting expert care every step of the way.
Each team member has an important role to play in keeping things on track and staying in touch with everyone involved. Whether it’s finding the right therapist, making sure cases are moving forward, or getting assessments and reports out on time, they’re always working together to deliver the best service. They also send regular updates at no extra cost, and every report is double-checked to make sure it meets our high standards— guaranteeing a service that case managers can trust.
They take a team approach that’s all about collaboration and keeping the focus on what case managers and the clients need by staying in regular contact and building strong relationships. Our Case Management team goal is to make sure case managers, and their clients feel heard, supported, and confident throughout the entire process.
Here's a look at the key members of the team:
Victoria Clark - Senior Clinical Services Manager

Victoria has been with The OT Practice for over eight years, and her role focuses on managing referrals from case managers and solicitors. With a background in Occupational Therapy, Victoria brings over seven years of clinical experience to her management position. She is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting therapists in their transition to private practice. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys horse riding and going to the theatre.
Amy Grannell – Client Co-ordinator
Amy has spent two years with The OT Practice in the case management team. Her background in social work, with a specialisation in supporting people living with dementia, has fuelled her passion for promoting client independence. Amy enjoys working closely with case managers to ensure that each client’s unique needs and goals are met by the right occupational therapist. In her free time, she is an avid reader, active in a local book club, and enjoys trips to the theatre.
Jason Taylor - Client Co-ordinator

Jason joined The OT Practice two years ago and has since become a valuable member of the case management team. His keen eye for detail and his ability to collaborate with case managers ensure that clients are matched with the appropriate occupational therapist to achieve their goals. Jason’s background in sports science complements his work, and outside of his professional life, he enjoys motorsports, football, rugby, and basketball.
