CONFERENCE WRAP-UP: From insightful conversations to valuable feedback, the BABICM Conference was a fantastic opportunity to connect with case managers, solicitors and industry colleagues. We were particularly pleased to see such strong interest in our Practice Plus Customer Portal and automated third-party terms approval process, both designed to make life easier for busy case managers.

We are excited to announce the appointment of Paul, who joined us at the end of last year to lead the Case Management team and support our case management customers, alongside Victoria stepping into a more clinically focused role as interim Professional Head of Occupational Therapy.
