by Giles Thompson
We are transforming our Key Account team – are you interested in joining us? Read on to find out more about our plans and the opportunities available.
Over the last few years our Key Accounts division has experienced significant growth and now we are looking to build for the future. The OT Practice has been built on a foundation not only of clinical excellence, but also impeccable customer service and support for our clients that goes the extra mile.
To ensure that quality and integrity is maintained as we grow, we are looking to reorganise and build out our Key Accounts team, ensuring the experience our clients receive is at the heart of these developments.
Going forwards our Key Accounts Division will be led by a dedicated Director, reporting to the Group Operations Director, as well as reorganising our team within the division to be market specific to ensure our clients and their beneficiaries receive dedicated expert knowledge with each field.
To support these changes and build solid foundations for future growth we are looking to hire a number of new roles:
Project Delivery Managers
This is a newly created role to provide senior level project management, including the coordination and management of our Account Executives/Account Managers, within our high growth markets (eg Local Authorities). This role is ideal for a seasoned senior project manager who is adept at overseeing multiple concurrent projects or someone with programme management experience.
