The OT Practice welcomes Debra Dunitz as our Case Management Clinical Lead

This week we are thrilled to welcome Debra to our office-based case management team. Debra has been with The OT Practice as an associate OT for over 11 years and has now taken up a permanent position as our newly created Case Management Clinical Lead.

Debra will be working closely with Victoria and her team who look after our case management customers, together bringing over two decades of experience working with The OT Practice, to further enhance the experience for our Case Manager customers and their clients.
Debra’s role will primarily be to provide support, advice, coordination and if necessary, problem solving both pre and post referral. In particular, on more complex cases she will be there to offer support and advice, as well as ensuring once an OT has been assigned to the case, they have the support they need. We have a fantastic clinical and operational support infrastructure with Victoria leading the operations side and our Professional Head of OT and individual specialist team leads we can draw on – Debra’s role, will be a primary point of contact and ‘go to person’ who can effectively coordinate and facilitate across the team where necessary.
Debra says: “I am excited to join the already well-established Case Management Team to provide an additional level of expert clinical direction and oversight to case managers. My role will be to assist in problem solving at any stage of the process and to ensure that the most appropriate experienced, professional, skilful OT is allocated to each client. I will continue to be available to provide support as and when it is needed, ensuring we are achieving the outcomes we set out to achieve at all times.
