Jacqui is based in Flintshire, visiting clients across North-West England and Wales. With over 15 years’ experience, Jacqui's expertise is in rehabilitation following an injury or long-term condition. She supports adult clients with a variety of needs, including neurological, physical, and mental health conditions. She has extensive experience working with MS, Parkinson's disease, stroke, spinal injury, cerebral palsy, fibromyalgia, arthritis, heart disease, and learning disabilities.

Throughout her career, Jacqui has developed her clinical knowledge through hospital and community-based roles, promoting independence and well-being in the home. She delivers expert assessments and builds strong therapeutic relationships with her clients, supporting them to reach their own personal goals. Jacqui supports clients with fatigue management, helping them to develop daily routines and manage tasks effectively. Intervention can include the provision of specialist seating and equipment, recommendations on housing adaptations, and advice and support on safe manual handling.
