Based in Nottingham, Helen visits clients in Mansfield, Derby, Retford, and Southwell. She specialises in Hand Therapy and Rehabilitation, delivering specialist assessments and treatment for clients with a range of injuries and conditions.

Helen works with adults with hand, wrist, and upper limb conditions covering chronic and acute injuries. She has expertise in scar management, desensitisation programmes, and splinting. Helen provides independent assessments and treatment programmes to clients and is committed to maintaining her clients' independence at home. She sets achievable and realistic goals, focusing on a client's functional rehabilitation and ability to carry out daily tasks.

To enhance her learning, Helen has completed post graduate training in hand therapy and related conditions. She is a member of the British Association of Hand Therapists (BAHT) and has BAHT Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications. She also completed a Masters module on Hand Therapy in Practice.
