Kate is an Occupational Therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals across the South of England. Specialising in Housing and Equipment, Functional Rehabilitation, and Moving and Handling, she works with both working-age adults and older people. Kate is highly skilled in assessing clients in their home environments, offering expert advice on adaptations, and recommending equipment tailored to individual and family needs. Her focus is on promoting independence and empowering individuals to achieve their desired lifestyle.

Kate qualified in 2007 with an MSc in Health Through Occupation from Brighton University. Her dedication to professional growth led her to complete further studies in Developing Professional Practice in OT at the University of Chichester in 2017. Passionate about the development of her profession, Kate has contributed as a clinical lecturer at Brighton University, helping to shape the skills and knowledge of future Occupational Therapists.

With almost two decades of clinical experience in Health and Social Care and the NHS, Kate has worked extensively with a range of conditions and complex needs. As a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT), Kate upholds the core values of her profession while striving to improve the wellbeing and independence of her clients.
