Sarah is an experienced Occupational Therapist, providing expert services across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. Specialising in Housing and Equipment, Seating and Postural Management, Functional Rehabilitation, and Moving and Handling, she supports clients with a broad range of conditions. These include Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Amputations, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Autoimmune Diseases, Orthopaedic Conditions, Joint Replacements, Respiratory and Cardiovascular Conditions, Cognitive Impairment, Dementia, Neurological Conditions, Motor Neurone Disease, Chronic Pain, and age-related mobility challenges. Since qualifying from York St John University in 2007, Sarah has gained almost two decades of diverse experience across health, social care, and independent sectors. She excels in conducting detailed assessments for working-age and older adults with complex physical and long-term conditions. Her professional expertise includes functional rehabilitation, equipment provision, housing adaptations, and case management, delivered in settings such as homes, workplaces, hospitals, and care facilities.
