Paediatric Occupational Therapist Rachel covers the South of England, including London, Cambridgeshire, Essex, and Hertfordshire. She works with children and their families to manage a broad range of conditions, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Self-regulation Difficulties, Behavioural Challenges, and Learning Disabilities. Her expertise extends to improving daily living skills, enhancing fine and gross motor skills, supporting dexterity and handwriting, and assisting with anxiety management, routine planning, and sensory integration. With her compassionate and approachable nature, Rachel focuses on building strong relationships with her clients, enabling them to maximise their potential and achieve meaningful goals.

Having qualified in 2014 with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Essex, Rachel's professional journey spans a variety of settings within the NHS and private sector, including adult inpatient mental health services and paediatric support within school environments. She is skilled in utilising a range of standardised assessments, such as Sensory Profile, Movement ABC, MOCA, and ACE III, ensuring interventions are tailored and evidence-based.

A qualified Advanced Special Yoga Practitioner, Rachel integrates therapeutic approaches to support holistic care. She is also working towards her postgraduate Advanced Sensory Integration Practitioner certification, reflecting her commitment to staying at the forefront of paediatric occupational therapy.
