Zoe

Zoe is an experienced Occupational Therapist specialising in housing adaptations, equipment provision, and functional rehabilitation. She has over three decades of experience working with adults with complex physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and brain injuries across both the statutory and private sectors. Based in Cornwall, she primarily covers the West and South West of England, including Devon, Dorset, and Bristol.

Since qualifying in 1992, Zoe has gained extensive expertise in supporting individuals to maximise their independence and quality of life. She began her career in acute mental health services, before transitioning to local authority roles, focusing on adults with complex physical disabilities. Zoe’s expertise extends beyond clinical assessment and intervention to include project management, training, and mentoring. She has a particular interest in working with complex family dynamics and frequently conducts independent assessments for housing providers across Cornwall and Devon, often assisting in Ombudsman investigations.

She is HCPC registered and has also completed Belbin training to enhance her ability to manage and recruit care teams. Highly organised, creative, and collaborative, Zoe maintains a strong commitment to professional development through regular attendance at webinars, conferences, and group mentoring sessions.
