Occupational Therapist Jessica specialises in housing and equipment adaptations, as well as moving and handling. She provides expert support across the South East of England, including Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and Wiltshire. Jessica has extensive experience working with individuals managing a wide range of physical and mental health conditions, including Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Muscular Dystrophy, Autism, ADHD, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Personality Disorder.

Jessica qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2018 from Coventry University, having already built a strong foundation in health and social care by completing a Level 3 BTEC and working as a carer throughout her studies. She began her professional career in adult social care before transitioning to the the NHS, where she took on a lead OT role supporting individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities. Her work has included functional assessments and rehabilitation-based interventions designed to enhance safety, independence, and quality of life.

Jessica has also contributed to complex Court of Protection cases, conducted Mental Capacity Assessments, and facilitated Best Interest Decisions. Her commitment to innovation is evident through her development of an assistive technology training pathway for colleagues and collaboration with Oxford University researchers on virtual communication. Additionally, she co-created a website providing resources for individuals with personality disorder diagnoses, further showcasing her dedication to empowering others.
