Sara is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist, covering Wales and South West England, including Bristol, Swansea, and Cardiff. She specialises in Seating and Postural Management, Moving and Handling, Functional Rehabilitation, and Neurological Rehabilitation. With over a decade of experience, Sara has worked with individuals facing a wide range of conditions, including Motor Neurone Disease, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, Brain Injury, Dementia, Psychosis, and Delirium.

Sara qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2012, earning a first-class honours degree from Cardiff University, and recently completed her MSc in Advanced Practice in 2023. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists. Throughout her career, she has primarily worked in community-based roles, focusing on functional rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and case management within multidisciplinary teams.

Sara takes a holistic and person-centred approach, tailoring interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether supporting individuals in regaining function and independence or providing palliative care to enhance quality of life for both clients and their families, she ensures that care is delivered with compassion and professionalism.
