Gabrielle Smith is a registered Occupational Therapist with nearly a decade of experience, specialising in Paediatrics. Operating primarily in North West London, Gabrielle works with a diverse range of conditions, including Developmental Delays, Birth Defects, Cerebral Palsy, Learning Disabilities, Neurodiversity, Neurological Deficits, Hand Injuries, Spinal Cord Injuries, Burns, Amputations, and Psychiatric Conditions.

Gabrielle is passionate about paediatrics and has worked with high-risk babies and children facing developmental delays and neurological challenges. She is dedicated to assessing functional difficulties, providing tailored equipment and adaptation advice, and implementing therapeutic interventions that enhance independence and improve the quality of life for her young clients and their families. Her holistic approach emphasises collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring comprehensive care and support.

Gabrielle is committed to ongoing professional development, and is registered with the HCPC and the Royal College of Occupational Therapists. She has presented at several notable conferences, including the OTASA Congress in 2024, where she discussed "The Integration of Occupational Therapy into Perinatal Mental Health Care." She also presented at the Rural Health Conference in 2018, focusing on the importance of investing in rural mental health. Gabrielle’s academic contributions also include her Master’s thesis on “Access to Mental Health Services in Rural Areas: Barriers and Recommendations”.
