Clare

Clare is a dedicated Occupational Therapist specialising in Functional Rehabilitation, Housing and Equipment, and Seating and Postural Management. She operates across the South East of England and London, including Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, and Wiltshire. She has extensive experience working with older adults, particularly those with Dementia, and is skilled in managing complex caseloads.

After qualifying from Cardiff University in 2009, Clare began her career in vocational rehabilitation, where she developed a deep understanding of how various health conditions impact individuals. She furthered her expertise by completing a Master’s degree in Occupation and Health, which enhanced her critical thinking and research skills.

Working in adult social care, she managed a diverse caseload of adults and older adults with various physical and mental health conditions. She gained significant experience in writing housing reports, arranging minor adaptations, and providing necessary equipment to support independent living.

Clare is also a trained AMPS assessor, with a passion for evaluating daily living skills and helping clients achieve their personal goals. She is committed to the continuous professional development necessary to provide the highest standard of care, ensuring her practice is always aligned with the latest evidence-based research. Clare’s dedication to her clients and her field has made her a trusted professional in the regions she serves.
