Margaret

Margaret is a Specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist based in London, with extensive experience working with children across a range of developmental and neurological conditions. She specialises in treating children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, and Sensory Processing Difficulties. Margaret’s areas of expertise include Fine Motor Skills, Gross Motor Skills, Dexterity and Handwriting, Balance and Co-ordination, Executive Function Skills, and Self-Care Tasks.

Margaret works with children aged from birth to 18 years, specialising in Early Intervention and Early Years, and collaborates closely with extended care networks, including families, schools, and other specialists. Her holistic, family-centred approach ensures that each child’s individual needs are met through tailored interventions designed to improve their participation, independence, and overall well-being.

Margaret qualified with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Master of Occupational Therapy Practice in Australia in 2017, with additional specialist paediatric study completed during a semester in the United States. Over the years, she has worked in various clinical settings, including private allied health clinics in both regional and metropolitan Australia, as well as with local authority and NHS trusts in the UK. Throughout her career, Margaret has refined her clinical reasoning through a combination of hands-on experience, research, expert supervision, and specialist training courses.
