She supports clients with a wide range of conditions, including Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, acquired Brain Injuries, Strokes, Amputations, Dementia, Orthopaedic conditions, and complex Paediatric needs such as Cerebral Palsy and Autism. Jane is known for her client-centred approach, delivering tailored solutions to enhance independence and quality of life across diverse settings.
Qualified from Oxford Brookes University in 1996, Jane began her career with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, focusing on housing adaptations and assistive equipment for adults and children. Her career then took her to Cornwall, where she gained extensive experience in acute medical and surgical intervention, elder care, dementia support, and complex rehabilitation within hospital, community, and social services environments.
Jane’s expertise extends beyond the UK. She is the founder of an international charity that provides specialist equipment to children with disabilities and is an active member of the UK Medical Emergency Team. Her international experience includes working in township hospitals in South Africa, specialist schools in Lesotho, and refugee camps in Northern Iraq, where she developed innovative rehabilitation services for patients with severe burns, hand injuries, and mobility challenges.
