Sheila

Sheila is an experienced Occupational Therapist specialising in Housing and Equipment, Moving and Handling, and Functional Rehabilitation. Covering the London area, Sheila offers expertise in fatigue management, daily living skills, community access, planning and execution, and self-care. With experience in working with a wide variety of conditions, Sheila is committed to delivering tailored interventions that empower individuals to regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Since qualifying as an Occupational Therapist in 2020 with a Postgraduate Diploma from London South Bank University, Sheila has gained extensive experience across Adult Health and Social Care services, particularly in intermediate care settings. Her work has primarily involved supporting vulnerable adults in regaining their independence through collaborative approaches with other professionals.

Sheila's comprehensive experience is complemented by her dedication to continued learning, where she has built strong clinical reasoning skills through practical experience, independent research, supervision, and targeted training courses. Sheila is HCPC registered and actively works to ensure her clients receive personalised care that empowers them to achieve their goals.
