Based in Northamptonshire and able to cover West and Central London, Leah is a passionate neuro OT providing rehabilitation. She jointly works as required with physios, speech and language therapists, and psychologists to complete comprehensive assessments for multi-disciplinary teams. Leah supports individuals to increase their independence and return to their daily living, providing equipment advice to aid independence and transfers. Leah helps set SMART goals with her clients, and is experienced with conditions such as stroke, complex medicine, elderly care, and is experienced in conducting housing assessments and making community referrals. Leah has additional experience with completing neurological assessments within SNAPP guidelines, upper limb assessment and treatment plans, and cognitive assessments.
