Rachel

Rachel is an experienced Occupational Therapist, specialising in working with children and adults with a range of physical health conditions and disabilities, including genetic conditions, cerebral palsy, neurological conditions, brain injuries, musculoskeletal conditions and amputees. Rachel has specialist knowledge in the areas of Moving & Handling, complex equipment provision, seating assessments, assessing for complex adaptations including Disabled Facilities Grant recommendations, rehousing assessments and Blue Badge assessments. Currently working within an Integrated Disabled Children’s Team, Rachel provides tailored assessments, equipment provision, and training ensuring her client's and their families are at the centre of her practice. Dedicated to enhancing independence and safety through multidisciplinary collaboration, she also has significant experience in managing complex caseloads and supervising staff.
