Wendy

Wendy is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist, specialising in Housing and Equipment, Seating and Postural Management, Functional Rehabilitation, and Moving and Handling. Based in Greater Manchester, she also covers Derbyshire, Cheshire, and South Yorkshire. Wendy works with a broad range of conditions, including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Brain and Spinal Injuries, Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. She has expertise in complex assessments and interventions, wheelchair evaluations, and specialist seating and sleeping systems.

Wendy qualified from the University of Salford in 2014 and has developed her practice across inpatient and community settings. She is committed to delivering person-centred care, ensuring patient satisfaction, and embracing the latest developments in therapeutic practice. Her work emphasises long-term condition management, fatigue management, and rehabilitation post-injury. Wendy’s compassionate approach ensures that she advocates for her clients, offering tailored support plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
