Morven has over 30 years' experience as an OT in paediatrics, hand therapy, and neuro rehabilitation. Based near Edinburgh and East Lothian, Morven is an experienced paediatrics OT who provides housing and equipment, and moving and handling support to patients in need of hand therapy, neurological rehabilitation (both adults and young persons) seating and postural management, large equipment and housing adaptations and for the OT Practice assesses clients in their own homes. She has worked with a range of people with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, and complex learning disabilities, and she volunteers at Muirfield Riding Therapy (a facility that provides horse riding to disabled riders and is a qualified Equine Facilitated Therapist OT). Morven is a special DFG assessor, and supports her clients to attain independence with routine planning, daily living skills support, community access, fine motor skills, self care, social integration, anxiety management and relaxation, and provides clinical interventions to improve people's physical and mental health.
