Adele

Adele is an experienced Occupational Therapist specialising in Moving and Handling and Functional Rehabilitation. Based in the South East of England and East Sussex, she supports individuals with a wide range of conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Amputations, Frailty, Multiple Sclerosis, Learning Disabilities, and Arthritis.

Qualifying as an Occupational Therapist in 2019, Adele has developed her expertise within the NHS, gaining extensive experience in holistic assessments, discharge planning, equipment provision, and social care recommendations. Before qualifying, she worked as a senior case worker for adults with autism and complex learning needs, further broadening her understanding of person-centred support.

Through her extensive training, personal research, and practical experience, Adele has developed exceptional clinical reasoning skills and the ability to provide expert guidance to clients, families, and other professionals. She is HCPC and BAOT registered and remains dedicated to delivering high-quality, client-focused care that enables individuals to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.
