Niharika

Niharika is a highly skilled Occupational Therapist with over a decade of experience, specialising in Neurological Rehabilitation, Moving and Handling, Functional Rehabilitation, Housing and Equipment, and Seating and Postural Management. She covers London, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex, and Berkshire, working with adults who have neurological conditions such as acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, and progressive neurological disorders.

Niharika qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2010, earning her degree in Occupational Therapy. She then went on to complete her Master’s degree (MSc Advanced Occupational Therapy) in 2011, further deepening her knowledge and expertise.

Throughout her career, she has developed a passion for neurological rehabilitation and is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and its specialist section for neurological practice. She also has extensive experience in equipment prescription, cognitive rehabilitation, hand therapy, and wheelchair assessments, ensuring her patients receive comprehensive and tailored rehabilitation solutions.

In addition to her clinical practice, Niharika is also a lecturer at Brunel University, where she shares her knowledge and passion for occupational therapy with students. Her commitment to continuous professional development has allowed her to stay at the forefront of her field, regularly attending CPD events, training, and post-graduate modules to expand her expertise.
