Felice

Felice is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a specialism in Functional Rehabilitation, covering the Greater London area. She has developed extensive experience across various specialisms, including Mental Health, Physical Rehabilitation, Frailty, Falls Prevention, Dementia, Neurological Rehabilitation, and long-term condition management. Felice is particularly passionate about helping individuals recover or redevelop meaningful activities, routines, and a strong sense of identity following life-changing events.

Her broad expertise allows Felice to work collaboratively with individuals to identify their unique needs and priorities while navigating services to advocate effectively for them. With a strong focus on older adults, Felice conducts thorough assessments of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functioning, implementing compensatory interventions such as equipment provision, minor adaptations, and moving and handling strategies.

In her most recent role as a Clinical Services Manager, Felice has led four services, including a community Dementia specialist service, a community Falls prevention service, and two teams within primary care focusing on frailty prevention. She is also dedicated to ongoing professional development, having completed significant clinical training. This includes courses on Clinical Decision Making for the Deteriorating Adult, and Understanding Dementia through the University of Tasmania.
