Chandrajeet

Chandrajeet has worked as an Occupational Therapist for over 20 years, including over a decade in the NHS and most recently in lead roles within Social Services. He specialises in Housing & Equipment, Seating & Postural Management, and Moving & Handling, delivering expert care to clients across London, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire. Chandrajeet is experienced with a wide range of conditions including physical disabilities, neurological and psychological conditions, multiple sclerosis, stroke, Parkinson’s, and dementia.

Chandrajeet’s sound clinical analysis and clinical reasoning skills enable him to deliver expert care to his clients, supporting them to maximise their potential and meet their personal goals. He uses a client centred approach and strives to develop a professional and healthy rapport. Using evidence-based interventions, Chandrajeet is able to support clients with DFGs, single handed care projects, minor and major adaptations, and activities of daily living.

Alongside his private work, Chandrajeet works as a Deputy Team Lead, representing OT in HAMP and DFG major adaptations, housing panels, and MDT meetings. He manages and allocates the workload of the entire team, as well as providing crucial supervision to the OTs. Chandrajeet leads on OT projects and provides expert advice and support to other OT colleagues in conducting their projects.
