Clare

Clare is an experienced OT who specialises in Housing & Equipment, providing comprehensive assessments and professional advice. Based in Buckinghamshire, near Maidenhead and Slough, Clare covers a broad client base across the South East and South West including Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Gloucestershire. Clare has been helping clients for over 15 years, developing expertise on a wide variety of functional needs and conditions such as orthopaedic injuries, arthritis, motor neurone disease, and Parkinson’s disease.

Often working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, Clare advises on minor and major housing adaptions and equipment provisions to help clients regain their maximum level of independence and improve quality of life. Clare’s recommendations will help to prevent fall in the home, improve mobility and accessibility, and enhance independence. Clare is also trained as a Best Interests Assessor and can provide guidance on DFG assessments and Blue Badges.

Clare has undertaken several post-graduate courses throughout her career, including Mental Capacity Assessor, Moving and Handling, and Train the Trainer.
