Jennifer

Jennifer is an OT based in Stockton-on-Tees, visiting clients across the North of England. Jennifer specialises in Seating and Postural Management, Housing and Equipment, and Functional Rehab. She has experience helping clients with a range of conditions, with a particular interest in spinal cord injuries.

Jennifer provides comprehensive assessments, evaluating a client’s every need. She strives to improve the client’s independence at home through their ability to safely carry out self-care tasks such as washing, dressing, and eating. She can also advise on specialist wheelchair and seating options to support a client’s mobility and comfort at home and when out in the community.

As a member of the Independent Practice sector with the Royal College of Occupational Therapists, Jennifer is committed to her professional development. In particular, Jennifer has completed specialist training in sexuality following an injury or illness. So far in her career, Jennifer has worked extensively with the Armed Forces, supporting those with complex injuries by overseeing rehabilitation and return to work programmes.
