Kirsty

With a career spanning over 15 years, Kirsty has worked with both children and adults in a range of clinical settings. Since 2010 she has focused on delivering expert assessments and treatments for children. Kirsty has developed expertise on a wide variety of conditions such as developmental coordination disorder, autism, Downs syndrome, cerebral palsy, head injury, ADHD, genetic disorders, and sensory processing difficulties.

Kirsty evaluates the outcomes of her assessments using advanced clinical reasoning skills and designs intervention programmes to enable each child to fulfil their potential and meet the goals they have set. Kirsty has undertaken additional training through BOBATH Scotland and regularly attends training through NHS Education Scotland. She also recently undertook a research project as part of an MEd in Autism, focusing on post diagnostic care.
