Lucy

Lucy is based in Sutton Coldfield, just outside of Birmingham, visiting clients across the West Midlands including Wolverhampton, Coventry, and Stafford. With over 15 years’ experience, Lucy is a specialist OT in Functional Rehabilitation with particular expertise working with older adults. Lucy completes comprehensive assessments that identify a client’s every need around the home and community, supporting with a range of needs caused by conditions or injuries including orthopaedic trauma, respiratory conditions, cancer, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, Alzheimer’s, and other progressive conditions.

Lucy works with clients to help them manage day-to-day life, planning effective routines and safely undertaking activities of daily living such as cooking and cleaning. Lucy creates tailored rehabilitation plans and recommends minor equipment aids to manage fatigue, pain, and breathlessness. Lucy has an extensive product knowledge of complex disability aids and adaptations, supporting with a wide range of client needs both in the home and when out and about. Lucy’s principal aim is to help every client regain their previous level of function or adapt to their new one.
